A Very Long Sleep

When the seven dwarfs returned home, they found Snow White lying quietly on the floor. They tried everything they could think of to wake her, but nothing worked. Snow White looked as though she were simply sleeping.

The dwarfs couldn't bear to bury their friend. Instead, they made a beautiful glass coffin and placed it in a peaceful clearing in the forest.

Flowers grew around her. Birds sang nearby. And the dwarfs visited her every day.

Days passed. Then weeks. Until one day, a prince travelling through the forest discovered the clearing.
