A Little Hedgehog

In a garden full of daisies and tall grass, there lived a little hedgehog named Pip.

Pip watched the other animals every day. The rabbits hugged each other good morning. The squirrels cuddled up in their nests. Even the ducks leaned against one another by the pond.

Pip wanted a hug more than anything in the world.

But Pip had a problem. Pip was covered in hundreds of tiny, sharp spines.
