Seven New Friends

That evening, the owners of the cottage returned home. They were seven dwarfs who worked in the mountains.

The moment they entered, they knew something was different.

“Someone has been sitting in my chair!”

“Someone has used my cup!”

Then they went upstairs, and there was Snow White. When she woke, she was startled to see seven little faces looking at her.

Snow White told them about the queen and how she had escaped into the forest. The dwarfs felt sorry for her.

“You may stay here with us,” they said.

Snow White smiled. “Thank you.”

Soon, the little cottage became a happy home.
