Three Chairs

Feeling tired from her walk, Goldilocks noticed three chairs by the fireplace and decided to rest.

The big chair was much too hard. The medium chair was much too soft. But the smallest chair felt just right — until, with a crack, it broke clean beneath her!

"Oh dear," she said, tumbling onto the floor, a little embarrassed.
